Upgrading critical technology infrastructure while maintaining business continuity required close coordination among the various project stakeholders and rigorous management of the different deployment phases.

Managing integration, testing, and deployment
Aski-da Synergies managed and coordinated the project from the initial specification phases through to the deployment of the new platforms.
The assignment included monitoring the schedule, coordinating resources and stakeholders, managing risks, and tracking the budget in collaboration with the integrator.
The teams also led technical and functional workshops focused on the IT environment, the integration of various systems, and the definition of the processes necessary for the new environment to function.
They then coordinated the installation and integration of the new platforms, the testing and validation phases, as well as the tracking of issues and corrective actions with the manufacturer.
This organizational structure made it possible to organize the various stages of the project, anticipate potential issues, and gradually ensure a smooth transition to the new environment.
