Consistency and specific features
The project required the deployment of a consistent solution across 24 sites while taking into account the specific constraints and usage patterns of each center.
It was necessary to integrate the new solution with existing third-party systems, coordinate technical and logistical work across the entire scope, and organize the procurement of equipment in accordance with public procurement procedures.
The scale of the deployment also required rigorous organization of acceptance testing, documentation, and skills transfer to ensure the solution’s long-term viability.
From requirement gathering to knowledge transfer
Aski-da Synergies led the process of gathering and formalizing requirements through workshops with the various stakeholders.
The project then encompassed drafting the request for proposals and managing the European tender process, from the launch of the call for proposals through the evaluation of bids and assistance in selecting solution providers and technical partners.
The teams also handled the procurement of equipment through framework agreements and coordinated its allocation and delivery to the 24 centers.
On the technical front, the project included defining the architecture, interfacing with existing systems, cabling work, deploying mixing stations, and integrating custom-built technical furniture.
Technical and functional acceptance testing, defect qualification, and follow-up on corrective actions with the manufacturer preceded the go-live. The go-live was coordinated with FTV Université for the training plan and was then supplemented by technical documentation and skills transfer.
New, high-performance, and comfortable mixing rooms
The project helped organize the rollout of a standardized platform across France 3 Régions’ 24 affiliate stations, from equipment procurement to handover to the support teams.
