Ensuring the adoption of a new newsroom production tool

Between 2023 and 2025, Aski-da Synergies worked with France Médias Monde—alongside the systems integrator and project teams—to implement the change management program associated with the renewal of France 24’s technological environment for its News and Magazine production systems.

In total, +700 employees were trained and then provided with round-the-clock support during the first few weeks after the system went live, in order to facilitate adoption of the new solution and ensure the success of this key phase of the deployment.

Providing support to the newsrooms of a 24/7 news channel

Rolling out a new solution to several hundred employees required preparing the various user profiles while ensuring enhanced support during the critical go-live phase.

The project had to simultaneously coordinate training sessions, educational resources, the environments needed for the sessions, and the support teams, all while adapting to changes in the project.

The challenge was to enable the teams to quickly acquire the necessary new skills and to have responsive support available when the system went live.

24/7 Preparation and support before and after system migrations

Aski-da Synergies oversaw the design and implementation of the training and change management program, as well as coordination with technical and functional teams.

The project encompassed the management of scheduling, resources, risks, and the budget, as well as the professional development of trainers and teams responsible for supporting users.

The teams led the creation of training guides, learning paths, and training materials, as well as their validation. The environments required for the sessions were set up daily, and user feedback was centralized to identify remaining needs and adjust the program accordingly.

After the go-live, the support teams were coordinated around the clock to ensure enhanced operational presence during the first few weeks following the launch. User feedback was also forwarded to the project teams to facilitate the rapid resolution of any issues encountered.

The result

+700 employees received training and support as part of the rollout of the new solution.

This approach ensured smooth adoption by the teams and provided enhanced 24-hour support during the first few weeks after the system went live.
